Mike Mackay is a Naval architect with 8 years of experience working on major offshore maritime projects both in the private and defence sectors, from refitting nuclear submarines to concept development of novel power and propulsion systems, Mike has a broad background in the marine sector. Currently, Mike is head of vessel design at DRIFT Energy, an exciting deep tech start up developing a new class of renewable energy through the power of sailing ships that follow the ocean's weather.
