Meenakshi is currently the Chief Data Officer for Unilever, overseeing one of the biggest data estates in the consumer goods industry.

Meenakshi is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience across Data & Analytics, as well digital transformation programmes. She is passionate about reimagining the business processes for an intelligent enterprise, and the role data and AI play in this journey.

She was previously the Chief Data officer (HUL) and Vice President, Unilever Operations for South Asia responsible for IT, Data & Analytics and Business Services for the South Asia geography. Prior to that, Meenakshi led several global Data and Digital Transformation initiatives across Unilever globally.
