Jack helps professionals take the next step in their career, whilst Jill helps companies make the perfect hire. We’re a 16-person, founder-heavy team (10 ex-founders) based in London and San Francisco and have raised $20M, led by tier-1 VC Creandum.

Prior to Jack & Jill, Matt co-founded Omnipresent where he led growth to a $600m valuation in 3yrs before exciting to Deel.
