Matt Prebble is the Country Managing Director of Accenture’s UK and Ireland (UKI) business and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. In this role, he steers the growth, strategy, and overall performance of Accenture across these dynamic and diverse markets, ensuring the organisation delivers exceptional, high-impact solutions to their clients. He is invested in advancing the company's R&D and investment strategy, spearheading the development of breakthrough capabilities such as Accenture’s AI Experience Studios in London and Dublin, and the flagship global innovation hub, The Dock, located in Ireland.

Before taking the helm of the UK, and Ireland business, Matt led Data and AI for EMEA, working closely with C-suite executives and boards of the world’s leading organisations, helping them accelerate their Data and AI reinvention to enhance competitiveness, grow profitability, and deliver sustainable value.
