Mati Staniszewski is the Co-Founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, the AI research and product company building audio tools for businesses, developers, and creators. The company’s two platforms span creative work for speech, music, and sound generation, and a platform for voice agents that listen, talk, and act. Before founding ElevenLabs, Mati worked at Palantir as a Deployment Strategist with Fortune 500 companies and governments, and at BlackRock, where he helped launch the Aladdin Wealth platform.
