Mark Eaves
Mark Eaves is one of the founders of Gravity Road, a creative company that makes things people want to spend time with. Alongside his co-founder, Mark has built Gravity Road into a global company known for innovation and inventive, culturally sharp work that helps global brands like Unilever, Booking.com, and TikTok stay relevant and drive growth. Now part of The Brandtech Group, Gravity Road is playing a leading role in how AI is reshaping marketing and storytelling.
Under his leadership, Gravity Road has won a wide range of honours, including a FILM BAFTA, Webby Awards, D&AD Pencils, and Cannes Lions. The company has also been named both Innovation and Social Agency of the Year multiple times in the UK and internationally. Before founding Gravity Road, Mark spent over a decade leading creative innovation at Omnicom Media Group.
He serves on the Executive Committee of the International Academy for Digital Arts and Sciences and is a member of Fast Company's Impact Council. Whether backing ideas that promote social equity or leading initiatives like the International Olympic Committee’s ‘1 in 100 Million’ campaign supporting the Refugee Olympic Team at Paris 2024, Mark is committed to using creativity as a force for positive change.
