Marie Guyot is the founder of Scale and Sustain and a senior operator who works with founders navigating the critical transition between early traction and real scale.

With a background spanning private equity, operational turnarounds and venture-backed businesses, Marie has spent her career at the inflection points where operating models break and need to be transformed. Having been a founder herself, she brings both the operator's lens and the founder's lived experience to the work.

Her core belief is that a strong organisation starts with one thing: founder clarity. Clarity of direction and values. What behaviours are rewarded, tolerated, or need to be stopped immediately. Get that right before hypergrowth hits, and your organisation can hold. Get it wrong, and no system will save you.
