As CEO of Future Focus, Maria partners with boards, CSuite and executive leadership teams to navigate AI adoption, digital transformation, and culture change placing people at the heart of every initiative. A former Director at Ireland's Health Service Executive, she led national digital health programmes and spearheaded the award winning crisis data response for Ukrainian citizens, earning the CIO Crisis Technology Leadership Award 2023. A board member, guest lecturer, and global keynote speaker, Maria brings rare dual expertise in technology and organisational psychology, advising boards and C-suites on the human and strategic dimensions of digital change.
