Driven by a passion for scaling businesses and leveraging technology to revolutionize consumer experiences, Maëlle, along with her co-founder Amos Susskind, is spearheading Noli's mission to personalize online beauty shopping. Noli, meaning "No One Like I," addresses a critical consumer pain point: finding the right beauty products. By combining cutting-edge AI with L’Oréal's 120 years of scientific beauty expertise, Noli offers a unique, data-driven approach to product discovery. Previously, Maëlle led global growth at Vestiaire Collective, contributing to its 10x scale as Chief Growth Officer, and advised multinational corporations at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
