Liza Tullidge is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, NED, strategic advisor and international speaker working at the intersection of leadership, capital and climate. She has founded and led ventures across multiple sectors, building companies through to scale and successful exits. Today she works closely with founders, leadership teams and investors across the tech ecosystem, bringing a practical perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the table.

Today Liza focuses on elevating, amplifying and empowering the next generation of leaders, particularly female founders, and those building resilient, climate-aligned businesses. She is the creator of The Pocket Strategist and host of the Humaning podcast, platforms dedicated to helping individuals think more intentionally about leadership, purpose and success. Liza believes the future of business is not something we passively predict but something we actively choose. Through her work as a strategist, advisor and speaker, she helps founders and organisations move beyond business as usual and build models that are resilient, sustainable and grounded in empowered, accountable leadership.
