Leila Bremner is the Founding General Manager of YDUN, a high-tech strength studio opening its first London location in Marylebone. After nearly a decade in the tech industry, she pursued her passion for health and wellbeing alongside her corporate career, teaching yoga, coaching women, and helping people build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
Today, she brings those two worlds together at YDUN, combining technology, performance data, and human coaching to create one of London's most innovative strength and longevity experiences.

London feels like home because of its diversity. Leila is half Persian, half Scottish-Australian, and has lived in Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and London. Her global background has shaped her perspective on health, community, and creating spaces where people from all walks of life can thrive.
