Laurynas Zabulis is the Group CFO of Nord Security and Surfshark, the world’s leading suite of consumer security products, including major VPNs. Laurynas built his foundation in management studies in the UK and Canada, then spent eight years at Moelis & Company in London and New York. In 2019, he made a decisive shift to tech, joining Surfshark to lead Finance, Payments, and M&A. Appointed Surfshark CFO in 2021 and Group CFO of Nord Security and Surfshark in 2022, he has since overseen financial strategy, capital allocation, portfolio management, fundraising, and corporate development. Laurynas also played a key role in reaching the Group’s unicorn funding milestones and multi‑billion valuation.
