Laura Modiano is the Head of Founder Experience, Global at OpenAI, where she works with founders, VCs, accelerators, startup teams and the developer community globally to help startups build, grow and scale on OpenAI from Day 1 - supporting them throughout their founder journey.
Before OpenAI, Laura worked with leading US and EMEA venture capital firms and their portfolio companies at AWS, where she led strategy and business development for GenAI startups and previously led Healthcare and Life Sciences Startups in EMEA. Earlier in her career, Laura was a consultant at Monitor Group, worked on AI partnerships at Boston Scientific, led the UK’s NHS national strategy for genetic testing and digital transformation initiatives at UCLH.
