Kinga Stanisławska is a British-Polish venture investor and founder of European Women in VC, with over 25 years of experience across venture capital, institutional investment and public-private innovation finance.

She served for 7 years on the European Innovation Council Board and was Investment Committee member of the EIC Fund, Europe’s €3.5bn deep-tech investment platform. She is also co-founder of Experior VC. She has been involved in over 200 technology investments across Europe. In the UK, Kinga led the original development of a women-led fund-of-funds proposition designed to mobilise institutional capital into female and diverse venture fund managers.

She has been recognised by Forbes as one of Europe’s 50 Women in Tech and has been included multiple times in Europe’s Women in Tech Top 100 list.
