Keith Pearson is Chief Technology Officer for Financial Services at ServiceNow, where he leads the company's AI and technology strategy for one of its most critical industry verticals. With over three decades of experience spanning SaaS sales leadership, large-scale technology transformation, and financial services, Keith brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and deep technical credibility. Before stepping into the CTO role, Keith led ServiceNow's UK Banking and Asset Management business and managed strategic relationships with some of the world's largest financial institutions across Europe. His connection to the industry runs deeper still; he spent nearly a decade at Lloyds Banking Group, where he led technology resilience strategy and spearheaded the bank's ServiceNow transformation programme. Keith holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a Master's in Advanced Information Systems from Cranfield University, underpinned by a graduate education in Physics and Mathematics.
