Katie is Founder of Cheribim, the people-first data company helping small teams transition historic buildings to Net Zero by 2030. Problem-holder turned product-owner, Katie has bootstrapped a multi-disciplinary team to co-produce Cheribim's platform with over 100 churches, addressing the substantial challenges caused by ubiquitous reliance on spreadsheets and guesswork for managing stringent compliance requirements, huge repairs deficits and energy efficiency improvement works. Cheribim is now positioned for rapid growth to support over 39,000 similar buildings in the UK to achieve their carbon targets in the next 5 years, exploiting £130 million current, dedicated strategic grants. Powered by IoT-driven insights made accessible using proprietary natural language AI, Katie has successfully exploited her industry expertise to drive adoption and see the Cheribim platform become "a case study in tech for behavioural change" (Net Zero Heat Innovation Lead, Innovate UK).
