Katie Briefel
Katie Briefel is the founder of Let’s Reset — a studio and content platform built around a simple idea: uncertainty isn’t the problem, it’s the edge.
Through Let’s Reset Studio, she works with founders and brands building new solutions in an uncertain world — spanning brand strategy, go-to-market planning, storytelling, and community building. Her work focuses on turning complexity into clarity, and ideas into cultural momentum.
Alongside this, she hosts interviews, writes essays, and curates experiences all rooted in the belief that the most meaningful lives, businesses, and transformations are built through uncertainty, not despite it.
Her expertise was shaped across more than a decade at Campaign Agency of the Decade agencies in London and New York, where she led global campaigns for brands including Samsung, Pepsi, Molson Coors, Aviva, John Lewis, and Meta, with work recognised at Cannes Lions and the IPA Effectiveness Awards.
More recently, she has worked within Founders Forum Group - Europe’s leading tech and investor ecosystem, advising fast-growth startups and scale-ups on brand, positioning, and growth.
Katie has interviewed founders and leaders from Monzo, HSBC, PensionBee, Heights, Little Moons, Farmacy, Zilch, and Vinted, alongside BBC journalists, politicians, and cultural leaders.
A regular public speaker and event curator, she has hosted conversations and stages for Headspace, Hugo Boss, Mulberry, and Deliveroo, and has moderated at Web Summit, London Tech Week, Advertising Week, and CNBC.
