Kateryna Goniuk is a Ukrainian-born entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Subjektiv, a global collectibles platform. 

Before becoming a founder, she spent a decade in London investment banking at UBS, structuring and executing over $25 billion in IPOs and equity derivatives. 

Committed to her roots, she stepped away from finance during the war to co-found the NGO, successfully restructuring Ukraine's wartime medical procurement system.
