Karen Blake MBE
Karen Blake MBE is a civic leader and policy strategist working at the intersection of technology, inclusion, and public life. Awarded an MBE for services to Technology and Diversity, she has spent over a decade shaping how the UK builds a more inclusive digital economy.
As Co-CEO of the Tech Talent Charter, she led a government-backed coalition of 800+ organisations and recently co-authored the landmark Lovelace Report on women in UK tech.
She serves on the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology's Women in Tech Taskforce and the City of London Corporation's Women Pivoting to Digital steering board, is an Honorary Fellow of the British Science Association, and was ranked in the top five of Computer Weekly's Most Influential Women in Tech 2025.
