June Sarpong OBE is a prominent inclusion speaker, educator, and executive, with extensive experience in the UK and US. Notably, she served as the Global Director of Creative Diversity for the BBC, pioneering diversity initiatives for their global audience and internal teams. Sarpong founded Diversify International Limited, advising major corporations on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

June co-created the Women: Inspiration & Enterprise Network and initiated the DNA Summit in partnership with the United Nations. Sarpong is an ambassador for London Tech Week and co-creator of the EQL-Pledge, advocating for diversity in venture capital.
An accomplished author with several award-winning books, she received MBE and OBE honours for her contributions to broadcasting and diversity. Recognised as a Top 10 D&I Leader in the Global Diversity Index, Sarpong's commitment to inclusion extends through her work with charities like the Prince’s Trust and the United Nations, solidifying her as a leading voice for diversity and equity.
