Julia Bialetska is the CEO and Co-founder of S.Lab, a company on a mission to eliminate foamed plastic from global supply chains. S.Lab produces biodegradable packaging from agricultural waste and mycelium and matching polystyrene's thermal insulation and water resistance, while fully decomposing in 30 days.

With a Master's in Biotechnology and over a decade of leadership in product and project management, Julia brings rare scientific and entrepreneurial depth to a traditionally conservative industry. 

Her work has earned recognition across Europe: the European Prize for Women Innovators 2024 and the Founder of the Year 2025. Julia is proving that sustainability and industrial scale are not a trade-off.
