Jonathan Underwood has been at the sharp end of every major technology wave of the last 35 years. From writing bespoke software in the late 80s, he has led through the arrival of graphical interfaces, object-orientation, the commercial internet, Agile methodologies, cloud computing, the smartphone era, blockchain and now AI - not as an observer, but as someone building products and leading teams through each transition.

Along the way he has worked with some of the world's biggest brands - Google, Cisco, HSBC, and Citi among them — across Europe, the US, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. He has grown platforms to millions of users, processed hundreds of millions of transactions, and taken businesses from early-stage through investment and exit. Jon now leads product at Serve First, where he is applying that accumulated perspective to a new challenge: using AI to turn compliance and customer operations data into real-time intelligence for multi-location businesses.
