Jonathan Aiken is Chief Architect at Pivot - an agentic operating system for law that starts with family. A software architect with over 30 years building products, he has shaped enterprise-grade technology across fintech, telco, and commerce, with senior product and engineering roles at Microsoft, Nokia, Tandem, SingTel, and Western Union. A specialist in knowledge graphs and applied AI, he now leads the architecture behind Pivot's deterministic reasoning engine - the core of a system that, by design, cannot hallucinate. It combines evidence modelling, deterministic retrieval, and auditable reasoning to produce traceable outputs grounded entirely in real case data: every claim traced, every conflict found, every source cited.
