Jason is the founding Chief Executive of Mission 44 and Impact Director for Sir Lewis Hamilton. Prior to this, he taught in two secondary schools in London and has held leadership roles in education and youth nonprofits including Teach First, the #iwill Campaign and Youth Futures Foundation. From 2014-18, he served as an elected local politician in the London Borough of Haringey, holding several Cabinet positions including Finance and Health & Social Care. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting and empowering young people from underserved communities, creating structures and forums to amplify their voices and share decision-making power with them to drive change.
