Jarek is CEO of Monumo, the Engineering AI pioneer, where he leads a team of deeptech specialists on a mission to transform how the world's manufacturers design and build complex engineering systems. 

Jarek holds a PhD in Astrophysics from Heidelberg University, with research completed at the European Southern Observatory, where he studied gravitational lensing using the world's most powerful telescopes. He subsequently moved into software engineering, building a two-decade track record across some of the world's most demanding technical environments - shipping AAA video games at Codemasters, helping design the foundational architecture of ArmNN, Arm's neural network inference library, and at Microsoft Research leading a team with a singular ambition to make video game NPCs (non playable characters) behave and feel genuinely human, using reinforcement learning to close the gap between artificial and human intelligence.
