Jane Reddin leads Talent and Platform at AlbionVC, where she focuses on supporting visionary founders by assessing leadership potential and helping teams scale effectively through periods of rapid growth. Over her career, Jane has transacted over 500 senior hires and helped over 150 startups build high performing teams. A former founder herself, Jane co-founded The Talent Stack, a talent consultancy for early-stage companies, and previously advised founders at EQT Ventures and Balderton Capital. She is a long-standing advisor and mentor to founders, with a particular passion for supporting women entrepreneurs, and holds a BA Double Honours in French and German from Durham University.
