Serial entrepreneur with a background in production technology. In 2016, James co-founded CineArk with two fellow freelancers, growing it from a shared equipment hub into one of the UK's leading production technology companies — 37 employees, a 15,000 sq ft facility, and a trusted partner to major studio and high-end TV productions. James also founded DCS, a lens metadata capture system now used on over 120 productions globally. With RePro, he's applying the same pattern for the third time: spotting a critical gap in production workflows and building purpose-built technology to fill it.
