James leads Creator growth at ElevenLabs, helping YouTubers, Content Creators, Podcasters and Authors harness the magic of AI audio in their creative work. Before joining ElevenLabs, James founded Encore, one of the world's largest marketplaces for booking live musicians and DJs. He spent 10 years as CEO, facilitated 50,000+ bookings, led the company to an acquisition by Mixcloud, and then moved on to explore the AI space. Outside of work, James keeps himself busy with long-distance endurance events and as a solo artist hosting meditative piano concerts around Europe.
