İlhan Bağören is the Founder and CEO of Telenity and also serves as a Board Member of HiB - Software and Information Services Committee Chairman. He brings a visionary perspective on operational efficiency. Focused on providing continuous momentum for Telenity's sustainable growth, product innovation, and global expansion, Bağören has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, technology expert, and executive in the telecommunications sector. Before founding Telenity, he was one of the founding partners of NewNet in 1989, where he managed the company's technology and architecture strategy, pioneering new technology developments in computer-centric SS7 signalling and switching. As president of NewNet, Bağören positioned the company as a leading SS7 supplier in the market. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and is a co-owner of three patents.
