Iain was appointed as Network Development and Infrastructure Director at VodafoneThree in June 2025, following his tenure as Chief Network Officer at Three UK. Bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience, Iain led the performance and strategic expansion of Three’s network, including the continued rollout of 5G and the enhancement of connectivity for both consumers and businesses nationwide.

During his career at Three UK, Iain held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Service Operations and Assurance, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s operating strategy and driving the performance of its technology functions.
