Helena is Director of Enterprise Strategy at AWS, where she advises C-suite executives from leading global organizations on harnessing technology to drive efficiency and innovation. With over 26 years of executive leadership, Helena has spearheaded digital transformation, data, and AI innovation across four Fortune 500 companies, with a distinguished focus on Health Care and Life Sciences.

At Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Helena served as VP and Global Head of Data Science & Advanced Analytics, where she established and scaled a world-wide, multidisciplinary data and AI organization spanning all therapeutic areas and markets. She was instrumental in Bayer’s digital transformation, developing and executing a multi-year strategy that positioned the company as an industry leader in AI-driven innovation-from optimizing product portfolios and commercial strategies to advancing digital health products and personalized patient care.

Previously at Johnson & Johnson, Helena built and led the Advanced Analytics organization for EMEA, driving data and AI strategy and capabilities for more than 80 markets.

Helena’s other formal roles also include leading global AI Innovation Labs for Thomson Reuters, driving disruptive advancement with generative AI in financial services and media.
