Helen Wylie is Director General for Digital and Transformation as part of the Department for Work and Pensions. Helen has responsibility for all digital services, technology and data used across the department and for shaping, planning, and delivering the transformation required to achieve the departmental strategy. Prior to becoming Director General, Helen was DWP’s Chief Technology Officer and was heavily involved in DWP’s service modernisation agenda, shaping the organisation of the future.  She has worked in a variety of organisations including The Bank of England, Experian and TNT Post Group.
