She has played a central role in shaping National Grid’s data innovation agenda, including the development of the Data Innovation Lab and the adoption of modern data platforms, governance and operating models. Her work focuses on scalable data innovation opportunities across the enterprise and ensuring innovation translates into measurable business and operational impact.
