Harry's journey began as a product designer at Sky, where he played a pivotal role in introducing Sky Mobile to the UK market. Transitioning into management consultancy, he immersed himself in high-profile digital transformation projects as a service designer for the public sector. His standout accomplishment was the redesign of the immigration and asylum tribunal court system, earning him recognition with an innovation award from HMCTS Digital Reform. During the pandemic chaos, having always had a curiosity for entrepreneurship, Harry seized the opportunity to launch his own startup, Plateaway - a blue-skies restaurant marketplace platform, linking food businesses with home-based consumers through restaurant meal kits. Through his dynamic leadership style and bias for innovation, Harry successfully scaled Plateaway, secured funding and led a successful exit, laying the groundwork for his next venture, Martee. Harry's core edge lies in his charismatic leadership approach, his hunger to innovate, and his ability to turn his hand confidently to a broad spectrum of tasks - spanning product development, sales, and strategy.
