Harriet Rees is the Group Chief Information Officer at Starling. She leads the Data, Engineering, Information Security, and Product Development teams.
Harriet joined Starling in 2018, where she founded the bank’s Data Science practice. Today, she defines and delivers the Group’s technology strategy.
She plays an active role in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence in the sector, serving as the Government’s AI Champion for Financial Services. Harriet is also Co-Chair of the Bank of England’s AI Taskforce and a member of the AI Consortium.
