Hanno Renner is co-founder and CEO of Personio, Europe's leading HR software company for small and medium-sized enterprises. More than 10,000 customers digitize and automate their HR processes with the help of Personio, using software tailored specifically to the needs of SMEs. In addition to his role as CEO at Personio, he is Chairman of the Management Board of the Personio Foundation, and part of the extended board of the German Startup Association.
