Hannah is the Founder and CEO of Hybr, an AI-powered lettings platform transforming how renters and property operators connect. She founded Hybr after experiencing the frustration of renting as a student and set out to fix the broken rental process. Hannah bootstrapped the company for its first three years, taking it to profitability while scaling the platform across three UK cities and supporting over 150,000 renters in securing housing. Under her leadership, Hybr evolved from a renter marketplace into a SaaS-enabled marketplace, growing 70% MoM, helping operators let properties faster while improving the renter experience.
