Hanan Belarbi is a global data, AI, and technology leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organisations turn data into business value. As Global Chief Data Products Officer at VML, she leads the development of AI-powered products and solutions that enable better decision-making, improved performance, and innovation at scale. Throughout her career, Hanan has built and led multidisciplinary teams spanning data science, analytics, engineering, product development, and technology delivery. She has held leadership roles at different agencies like VML, IPG, R/GA, and consultancies partnering with global organisations including Amazon, Nike, Nestlé, Honda, Dyson, Western Union, and LEGO. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between business ambition and technical execution, helping organisations move from experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption of data and AI. Passionate about innovation, she is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, real-time data, and intelligent systems can create competitive advantage and unlock new opportunities for growth.
