After having spent 5+ years at the European Investment Fund, and later helping a number of fund managers raise capital from institutional investors, Hale is now the founder of Lumia Partners, where she invests in and helps founders raise capital and expand into different markets in the Gulf region. She also collaborates with family offices in curating venture dealflow from three different geographies encompassing Europe, the US, and the GCC. Apart from this, Hale serves as a Venture Partner at Defiance Capital, an AI-focused fund backed by seasoned GPs investing in early-stage founders, an advisor to a number of emerging fund managers to help them in their fund journeys, and is an angel investor investing through syndicates.
