Hafsatu "Hafsa Kamara, OLY is an Olympic sprinter and global sports executive at the intersection of sport, culture, and innovation. She currently serves as CEO of the Sierra Leone Authority of American Football (SLAAF), where she is leading the development and international recognition of the sport in Sierra Leone. Hafsatu is also Chair of the Sierra Leone Olympic Athletes’ Commission, advocating for athlete representation and leadership across the Olympic movement.

Professionally, she has led programming and growth initiatives across major global sports properties, including Nike, Overtime Elite, and Bleacher Report, helping scale digital audiences and build culturally relevant sports narratives. She is the Co-Founder and CMO of AFRICA RISE, a platform connecting athletes, entrepreneurs, and investors to unlock opportunities across Africa’s sports and creative economy.
