Gavin Guinane is a Field CTO for EMEA at Glean, where he helps some of the region’s largest organizations turn AI ambition into practical, enterprise-ready outcomes. Based in Dublin, he works at the sharp end of AI, enterprise search, and workplace technology, leading complex customer engagements across security, compliance, integrations, and data residency. He also leads and scales Glean’s EMEA Solutions Engineering team, bringing a hands-on view of what it takes to deploy AI securely and at scale inside global enterprises.
