Fred White is Co-founder & CCO at DEScycle, a company developing next-generation critical metals recovery infrastructure. He leads the company’s commercial strategy, partnerships, and capital formation, drawing on more than a decade of international experience across natural resources, deep-tech commercialisation, and impact investing.

Fred has raised over $200 million in capital and previously held senior investment roles at Scipion Capital and Medea Capital. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Circular Economy Working Group at the UK Critical Minerals Association, where he contributes to industry and policy discussions on circular supply chains and critical raw material resilience.

He holds an MSc in Geology from the Royal School of Mines at Imperial College London, is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and is FMVA-certified by the Corporate Finance Institute.
