Fizel Nejabat is the Co-founder and CEO of Performr, a health technology company building the biomolecular layer of human performance.

Performr is reimagining wearables around a simple belief: health is more than heart rate. By measuring molecules found in the top layer of the skin, Performr is developing a consumer-friendly wearable capable of tracking biomarkers such as vitamins, minerals, hormones and metabolites in real time.

Built with engineers who helped develop the first continuous glucose monitors, and supported by experts from organisations including Liquid Death, Oura and Strava, Performr has already delivered positive early on-body results across four analytes relevant to athletes and energy-focussed consumers. 

Its ambition is to unlock the next generation of personalised health by making molecular health data continuous, accessible and actionable.
