Arvin Abraham

Arvin is a partner at McDermott Will & Emery where he co-chairs McDermott’s FinTech & Blockchain Practice and is a member of McDermott’s Global Venture Capital Steering Committee . He is recognised as one of the leading FinTech lawyers in London by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. He is also a thought leader on issues relating to crypto-assets and Web 3 investments and frequently quoted in the press or published on novel areas relating to these emerging areas.

In addition to his legal practice, Arvin also serves as Solicitor in Residence at Level 39, the Canary Wharf Group’s Technology Accelerator and as a member of the BVCA’s Model Documents Committee.

Previously Arvin was part of the management teams at two major international banks and has extensive experience with leading bank consortia initiatives and advising on strategic investments.
