Emily Koolen

With over 25 years building companies in various sectors, Emily has moved from being in the top HR roles to now living her passion, which is making leaders and teams more human and more successful. 

Having lived and worked on 3 continents, she has a reputation for being direct but empathetic, effective and thought-provoking. 

She is sought after as a founder/executive coach, training designer & facilitator, team consultant/advisor and speaker and has a particular focus and passion in the start-up, high growth, venture, and innovation ecosystems. She can also be found guiding senior leadership teams in states of flux in the larger corporate world working on their leadership, ensuring she can bring both worlds together. 

When not working, she is an unpaid Taxi for her sporty teens, first aider for various sports and passionate volunteer mentor for incubators/accelerators, social good charities and more.
