Emily Hall-Strutt is Director of Next Tech Girls and a leading voice on engaging the next generation in technology careers. A multi-award-winning leader in tech inclusion, she is passionate about challenging stereotypes, widening access to opportunity and ensuring the future of tech reflects the society it serves.

Since 2022, under Emily's leadership, Next Tech Girls has given over 15,000 young women across the UK first-hand insight into technology careers through events and programmes delivered in partnership with employers including Sky, NatWest, Tesco, Jaguar Land Rover and Accenture, with participants going on to study STEM subjects and launch careers in tech.
