Eleni Lialiamou
Eleni Lialiamou is an AI product strategist, educator, and founder of Kimolian — a company built on the conviction that the right question matters more than the right answer. She runs two connected entities: Kimolian.AI, which helps organisations adopt AI operationally; and Kimolian Academy, a social enterprise that trains underrepresented women in AI product management. The connection is deliberate — the commercial work funds and informs the social mission, and the Academy develops the talent that organisations increasingly need.
Kimolian.AI works with SMEs and corporations on operational AI adoption, custom builds, and AI leadership programmes. Its work is practitioner-led: focused on real problems, practical implementation, and building the internal capability for organisations to keep improving without external dependency.
Kimolian Academy has trained 100+ underrepresented women in AI product management, with 30 graduates placed into product roles. The Academy was awarded a Project Grant by the Institute of Leadership for its work in enabling women to become AI product builders.
Both entities are built on 20+ years of product leadership spanning Finland, California, Greece, and the UK. As EVP of Product at Informa Markets, she scaled a product function from zero to a high-performing 50-person global organisation. As VP of Product at Atypon, she helped grow the business from $1M to $70M and played a key role in its acquisition by Wiley. She holds an MSc in Computer Science, an Executive MBA, multiple US patents, and has published in service management. Named FCEM Greek Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, she speaks internationally about the role of AI as the Great Gender Equalizer.
