As the co-founder and CEO of Dama Health, Elena leads a women's health tech start-up that tackles the trial and error process of prescribing hormonal medication and therapies. Dama Health's digital platform provides clinical decision support for providers and patients to minimise side effects, non-adherence, and untreated health conditions. With over seven years of relevant experience in the healthtech, pharma, and social care sectors, Elena has a strong passion to solve complex and challenging problems in the healthcare and wellness industry. She has a MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management from Imperial College Business School, a BSc in Medical Sciences and Genetics, and is a global member of Nova Talent, a network of high-potential professionals. Elena is also an award winner for the Nova111 Healthcare & LifeScience category Spain 2022. Her mission is to bring precision medicine to women's health and improve the quality and accessibility of care.
