Eleanor Kaye is a high-impact operator and strategist, specialising in scaling ambitious ventures. As Chief of Staff at Augur, she brings a rare blend of startup execution, venture capital insight, and systems-level thinking to guide the company’s next stage of growth.

Most recently, as Managing Director of Newton Venture Program, Eleanor transformed the company into a globally recognised platform for aspiring and practising venture investors, growing a community of over 3,000 learners. She consistently delivers clarity in complex situations, builds cohesive teams, and accelerates progress toward ambitious objectives.

Eleanor’s early career included roles in the media industry and a period of service as a Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police, experiences that sharpened her adaptability and resilience. She then joined Palantir Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in scaling operations during rapid global expansion and developed deep expertise in systems change and operational resilience.
