Eleanor Kaye is Chief of Staff at Augur, a resilience technology company using AI to support national security interests, protect public spaces and defend critical national infrastructure. In her role, she works closely with the leadership team to drive strategy and scale the organisation through its earliest and most critical stage of growth.

Before Augur, Eleanor spent six years at Palantir during a period of hyper-growth, leading internal operations across EMEA. After Palantir, she served as Managing Director of the Newton Venture Program, a joint venture of LBS and LocalGlobe VC, where she built an investor community of over 4,000 members globally.
